The cost of advertising properties on Lancaster Studentpad for a 12 month period is as follows: 

• £ 25.00 Per Bed Space (Excluding VAT)
  Note: The initial accreditation fee is subject to a minimum charge of £250.00 (excluding VAT) per provider but will be per bedspace there after subject to continuous accreditation.

The standard length of the advertising period is from the start of October to end of September.
